the shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion provided were really nice. i liked that the hotel was clean overall. the staff were helpful and friendly .
the room's bathroom looked a bit tired and in need of maintenance. i noticed the shower head had water coming out of the base as well as the holes. the bed wasn't particularly comfortable as i woke up with back pain both mornings.

the check-in staff were friendly enough i suppose. i got all the info i needed without too much hassle.
well, i thought breakfast was included in my rate and it turned out i was wrong. thirty-five quid for breakfast for three people seems a bit steep to me. also, the mini shop prices are just taking the mickey.

the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! it featured great choices like pastries, eggs, and fresh fruit. parking was available on site, made arrival and departure very simple. i was happy that the room included an accessible walk-in shower as requested. the staff at the reception provided friendly and helpful service.
the bathroom looked somewhat worn and could use some updating, mainly the door frame.

The shower head barely worked. It seemed like standing under a leaky faucet. the room service curry cost £25. it tasted like a dry ready meal, and the staff seemed miserable, i seemed like they would talk about me as soon as i walked away. the whole experience felt subpar for the price.
