I found the staff very friendly, and they were quick to help. The location was great. It was close to the tube station. The room had coffee and tea available. That was a nice touch.

The breakfast lacked variety. It was the same food each day. The windows don't open, SO the air in the room wasn't great. I was unable to pay with cash, which caused exchange issues.

the hotel's location was excellent for accessing the airport. i easily reached the terminals using nearby transport links. the breakfast offered a wide selection and fueled me for the day. also, i found the gym to be well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine.

the room service menu felt somewhat limited.
