excellent stay
modern room whiskey selection good breakfast
the room was very modern and comfortable after its refurbishment. the reception had cute people (i appreciate that!). the bar had plenty of drinks including a good selection of fine whiskey. the breakfast had a good selection to suit all needs.
the room was either way too hot or way too cold and blackout blinds would be good, as the light this morning woke me.

high-end toiletries cute personnel
the reception personnel were cute I felt so special. our classic double room was recently refurbished and modern. the bathroom had high end toiletries I found.
getting to the hotel was tricky because the road outside it was closed. the hotel gave NO advance warning so we had to find our route. IT was frustrating.

location is central but quiet with some nice grounds. THERE is a new smooth path from the rear car park. the grounds and courtyard seemed like such a bliss.

the superior double room overlooked a grassy courtyard. inside there was a coffee maker, mini fridge, a desk and flat screen TV. THE beds were very comfy too I felt.

The room included a mini fridge which was very handy. I had an amazing breakfast in the garden room. It offered a wide range of options. Friendly staff assisted me from arrival at reception to checking out.
Unfortunately, the pillows were uncomfortable for us.

room noise unorganized staff
I booked a classic double room but i found the room very noisy. the noise came from what sounded like machinery and it disrupt my sleep. i mentioned it to the reception but nothing happened. also, the breakfast was quite chaotic with long queues and a lack of available tables. i found unorganized STAFF a letdown.

beautiful building friendly staff clean rooms broken lamp broken coffee machine fan noise
the building is beautiful i really liked it. the staff were friendly. the rooms were clean. i appreciated the attention to detail.
the lamp in my room was broken i wish it was fixed. the coffee machine was also broken that was disappointing. the noise from the fans outside my window made it difficult to sleep.
