spacious room comfy bed cheerful staff poor lighting lukewarm coffee pathetic offering
the room was spacious with a comfy bed. the bar was good. i found the dinner menu good with well prepared food and VERY good service with cheerful helpful staff.
the lighting in the bedroom was VERY poor indeed, PARTICULARLY for putting on make-up. coffee at breakfast was very poor and luke warm. the fresh fruit offering was PATHETIC.

wonderful stay!
attentive staff varied breakfast good lunch
the food was very good. the staff were attentive and friendly (i really appreciated their quick service). the breakfast menu had varied options. there was a good range of choices on the lunch menu.
there was a noise from the heating system when on. it made rattles and taps all night. a good night's sleep was not possible.

ample parking was available, and it was free. the hotel had blackout curtains, very welcome (i slept soundly until 9 am!). a fan was also available in the room.

the hotel room was very nice. it was quiet. large bath towels were provided. the double room was super clean and nice and big, providing ample space for relaxation and luggage.

dinner and breakfast were very good. the onsite bar and restaurant offered a convenient option for meals. homemade food was available and tasted delicious. the pub beside the hotel added to the dining options.

the room was clean modern and well presented it had comfortable beds i found the staff helpful and the breakfast decent restaurant prices seemed reasonable to me the complimentary chocolate and biscuits were a nice touch.
the bedroom lighting was quite poor i had some difficulty applying make-up

the hotel provides easy access just off the m3 making it convenient for travel it is also located within ten minutes of the theatre providing close proximity to entertainment options.

a charmed visit
cooked breakfast functional machine brown bread
i savoured the cooked breakfast the next morning it tasted freshly prepared. the toast machine functioned properly a nice surprise. i found the brown bread for toast at breakfast particularly pleasing. the chap at check-in provided very helpful service

friendly staff appointed room
the staff were friendly. i enjoyed the well appointed room. it had complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate. biscuits. they even offered fresh milk, and this.
the windows was awful. i could hear cars ALL night long. it was hard to get any sleep because of this constant noise, and that impacted my experience some.

the super clean room was spacious. i found the iron, and hair dryer very useful. a strong WiFi connection was also available, and this allowed me to stay connected with ease throughout my visit.

ample parking modern fixtures friendly staff
the parking area was ample and easily accessible. the room had a good size bathroom with modern fixtures and fittings. i found the location convenient for local travel with easy access to major roads. the staff were friendly and efficient during check in.
the steak and ale pie had very little meat.
