the food was very good. the staff were attentive and friendly (i really appreciated their quick service). the breakfast menu had varied options. there was a good range of choices on the lunch menu.
there was a noise from the heating system when on. it made rattles and taps all night. a good night's sleep was not possible.

the staff were friendly. i enjoyed the well appointed room. it had complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate. biscuits. they even offered fresh milk, and this.
the windows was awful. i could hear cars ALL night long. it was hard to get any sleep because of this constant noise, and that impacted my experience some.
