Acceptable stay, but some issues arose
the room was quite spacious, acceptable.
The noise level from outside was quite disruptive at times. It made it difficult to relax. it seemed continuous throughout my stay. perhaps better soundproofing is needed in the rooms.

copper bathtub penhaligon minis oracle shopping center reasonably priced cocktail
The copper bathtub in my room provided a luxurious experience. I found the Penhaligon's minis in the shower a nice touch. The location was very close to The Oracle shopping center. The cocktails at the bar were reasonably priced and well-made.
The rooms are distant from reception. It was a bit of a walk to get there.

The hotel offers parking though, i did not use it. There is a spa with massage services. It looked relaxing. The hotel also provides wifi access throughout the premises which is convenient.

the rooms are spacious and clean. the staff at reception were friendly and polite. i really liked the room products and the comfy bed. i found the coffee machine really handy.
the elevator was out of service.

good location clean room coffee pods sugar cubes
the location is good. the room was clean and spacious. the staff were very nice and helpful. i had a good size shower.
The room had a coffee machine and a kettle, but no cups or coffee pods were provided. i called reception and they only delivered two pods and a few cubes of sugar. I would have liked more options.
