clean room fresh towels helpful staff
i stayed in a twin room extra bed up to 10 years old. the room was clean every day, fresh towels was as if by magic. the staff were so happy to help with everything we needed, always smiling and kind. the supermarket onsite had good prices and a decent selection of snacks.
the walls seemed a bit thin. i did hear the occasional noise from neighboring rooms.

superb hotel stay
friendly staff good cleaning tasty food
The staff are nice and friendly. The cleaning personnel was really good. Food choices are various and tasty. the room upgrade provided a view.
The room didn't have enough chairs for all guests. There was insufficient storage space in the kitchen. The freezer needed defrosting Asap.

the twin room had three single beds and no armchair. the beds were firm. the room had a balcony equipped with a table and chairs, with a Space for relaxation.

there are several pools available, some being designated for kids, some for adults. A sauna and gym offer additional opportunities for recreation. an innovative key system Was implemented using wristbands.

the hotel is situated near several beaches. bus service to various towns is readily accessible, offering convenient transport. a supermarket located in an adjacent hotel allows easy access to groceries.

broken air conditioning expensive kettle rental
the breakfast buffet had a wide range of foods. pools were clean and sunbeds were available.
the air con was off in the rooms, so it was very hot. i asked about it. i found out they don't turn it on until it's over 25 degrees. i also had to rent a kettle, costing me €18. what a joke.

fantastic family holiday!
efficient staff clean hotel great entertainment team
The staff was lovely and very efficient. the hotel was very clean! lifeguards were also very good at their job and the entertainment team was great. a bus stop is right outside the hotel for trips out. It's very convenient. the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.
The late evening meal was not ideal, as a family with a toddler, 6.45 pm felt quite late. i wish the meal times could be adjusted slightly earlier to better accommodate families with young children. The food was delicious. Nevertheless.

the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring all guest needs were promptly addressed. housekeeping maintained perfect cleanliness in rooms and public areas! the reception staff offered efficient check-in and helpful information.

the pools were well-kept with ample space for relaxation and recreation, and the splash park was especially enjoyable. there were multiple on-site dining options available, providing varied culinary choices! the entertainment facilities offered a range of activities for all ages.

mini-water parks tasty choices knockout deserts uncomfortable beds cleaning staff room decor
I loved that the pools offered so much for my kids to do! Two of the pools are like mini-water parks, a total win. Breakfast and dinner had lots of tasty choices. The desserts were knockout!
Our rooms really needed some updating. The beds were the most uncomfortable ever! The cleaning staff seemed really stressed and weren't friendly.
