I thought the hotel was amazing! the animation team was wonderful. They really kept both the kids and adults happy all day and night. the food was good too, with a lot of options to suit everyone. the hotel has a central location, with a short walk to the centre.

queuing in the morning to rush for a sunbed was a joke! the hotel says no reserving sunbeds between 9am and 1pm, but it's still hard to get one. also, the cleanliness of the rooms was questionable, i thought. there was dust on the headboards and under the bed.

The mini club was fantastic! my little one loved it. They did pirate hats and a magic school! the bar staff were very kind. they always had a smile and a quick drink! the location is also great. It is a short walk from portaventura. it made things easy with the little one.
