i found the staff to be helpful, notably at reception. the hotel maintains cleanliness very well in all areas. the family room provided ample space for us. breakfast offered a great selection, ensuring everyone found something enjoyable.

the adult rooftop pool was quite small and consequently often very busy.

poor food switching complexity

the food was just ok (to be honest). switching from dinner to lunch required a 24-hour notice, quite the hassle. i think i wouldn't go back, despite many people having visited for consecutive years, maybe i'm just too demanding.

amazing stay!

super clean room refreshed room nice food superb staff

My room was always super clean and refreshed daily. i found the food to be really nice. Plenty of options were available. the entertainment was plentiful, with activities for kids both day and night. the bar staff, especially sebastian and alex, were superb. They did everything they could (i especially liked the daiquiri!).

the pavements around the place are very uneven.

amazing hotel animation team central location sunbed reserving room cleanliness thick dust

I thought the hotel was amazing! the animation team was wonderful. They really kept both the kids and adults happy all day and night. the food was good too, with a lot of options to suit everyone. the hotel has a central location, with a short walk to the centre.

queuing in the morning to rush for a sunbed was a joke! the hotel says no reserving sunbeds between 9am and 1pm, but it's still hard to get one. also, the cleanliness of the rooms was questionable, i thought. there was dust on the headboards and under the bed.

The mini club was fantastic! my little one loved it. They did pirate hats and a magic school! the bar staff were very kind. they always had a smile and a quick drink! the location is also great. It is a short walk from portaventura. it made things easy with the little one.
