Excellent Stay. Clean Room, Great Breakfast

The room was large and comfortable. I also enjoyed the varied breakfast options, it had full English, toast, yogurts, fruits, croissants, and cereals. Parking was easy. I entered my vehicle registration upon arrival. Staff were friendly and polite.
The lack of ventilation in the bedroom created stuffiness. I had to leave the window open all night. This resulted in constant noise from the busy road and the room was too noisy.

Breakfast was varied. It included full English options, yogurts and fresh fruit. There were also cereals, croissants, and a selection of teas and coffees available in the breakfast area.

friendly staffcomfy beddated room
the staff were friendly, and i found it easy to check in. my room was spacious and the bed was comfy. the deep bathtub was a nice surprise after a long day.
the room felt very dated , and i noticed the corridors could use some tlc.

My bed wasn not clean. The bedroom had an off smell. the fire alarm went off at 02:30 at night, and there was no apology for the false alarm. not a single apology was given.

the room size was great i found the bed comfy resulting in a good night's sleep the staff were friendly and helpful i also found the food in the restaurant was lovely. i appreciated the cleanliness and the convenient location for my travel needs the fluffy towels were a nice touch.
the corridor had a slight musty smell.

The car park had plenty space and I could enter my car registration easily enough.
I was not happy to find the room freezing when I got there and the heating did not seem to work at all. The bathroom was especially cold and I believe the meager trickle from the cold tap meant the pipes were frozen solid. Sleeping was difficult due to this issue.

Admiring Stay at This Hotel
relaxed barlovely staffgreat breakfastperfect location
I found a very relaxed bar and communal areas. All staffs were so lovely. Breakfast provided a great variety. The location is perfect for traveling. Car parking is large and included.
The radiators cannot be operated from the room, so my room was a little cold at night.
