i was able to walk to the international centre so the location works. the room was standard, but it did include a comfy double bed. the staff was happy and friendly, always a plus. they provided a bath and shower in the bathroom.
the lighting in my room was dim. it made reading documents difficult. i had to ask for a lamp, unusual.

the hotel offers both a gym and a pool, though i did not get a chance to use them . the site also provides ample car parking spaces , so you dont have to worry about finding a spot.

the hotel is situated near local shops and bars, providing many options for dining and entertainment. the m54 is also just two minutes away, and it was easy to find the hotel. the shopping mall is only a short five minute walk.

a decidedly average experience
pool closureno compensation
i was looking forward to using the pool, mostly because i thought i deserved some relaxation. surprise it was closed for refurbishment! no one bothered to tell me before i arrived. to add insult to injury, when i asked about some sort of compensation, like a free breakfast perhaps, i was flatly denied. it seemed like a complete waste of my time and money.

The staff were friendly and were really nice too. I found the bed comfortable. The breakfast was great. The breakfast chef was really friendly!!! The hotel's location near the motorway made access very easy.
The lighting in the room was a little dim, I found it somewhat difficult to read documents.

The restaurant provided a wide variety of options. I enjoyed the hot food. The self-service layout allowed for easy access. The restaurant food was fabulous. It was hot and reasonably priced with generous portions and attentive service.
