the approach to the castle reminded me of stepping into a dream, the gardens are so neatly manicured! the staff welcomed me with open arms and friendly smiles. my room was clean and offered such sweeping views, i will never forget this.
the wifi signal was a little weak in certain areas of the castle.

My oak room was super clean and beautifully presented upon arrival. the bed was comfortable, i slept so well. the toiletries added a special touch of luxury with a lovely fragrance. They smelled divine!!!

lovely experience at the castle

We stayed for four nights and greatly enjoyed the grounds. i appreciated the friendly and efficient service from the staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. the menu offered enough choice with well-cooked food. I especially liked the starters.
on arrival, the receptionist was not particularly helpful when we asked for a room change. she advised all rooms were taken, but i believe this was inaccurate. there was no offer of a price reduction for the less satisfactory room.

the staff provided efficient and friendly service throughout my stay. i liked that Debbie did not even have to ask our names upon arrival, showcasing attentiveness. Lewis also looked after us very well in the restaurant.

the room was comfortable and clean with a lovely view over sweeping fields. the bed was especially comfortable, guaranteeing a restful sleep. cleanliness standards were excellent throughout the hotel, this included the room.

The location proved excellent. I found the decor throughout this hotel very appealing. All wallpapers looked tasteful and well coordinated.
The receptionist lacked helpfulness upon arrival. I requested a room change upon seeing my assigned room. There was no suggestion of a price reduction.
