the beautiful double room offered ample space and a comfortable bed. the daily cleaning service kept the room super clean. i found the on-site parking convenient for exploring. breakfast provided a good start to the day, with a variety of options.
the gym equipment is a bit outdated.

good size beautiful room excellent shower
The lift was a good size. I was blown away by the beautiful and well equipped room. The comfortable bed and excellent shower were quite charming.
The hotel's parking was quite expensive.

a charming escape
local attractions high standard
my stay provided easy access to local attractions, a true gift. the staff exuded attentiveness, a beautiful quality. i found great pleasure in how clean everything was. the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness, and i admired that.
the elevators experienced delays often, and it complicated my schedule. i sincerely desired quicker service, especially during peak hours. i hope they address this soon for other guests.

the room was clean the bed was comfortable i found the staff to be friendly and helpful safe parking was available . a cot was provided as promised the team was responsive to questions i had before arrival. the location was easy to find with on-site parking
the tv operation was not the easiest.

parking was available on the premises this provided convenient access with vehicles. the hotel also featured a tram stop just outside the building this offered quick transport to the city centre for those wanting to explore.

staff members were cute and went above expectations to ensure an enjoyable visit i found nothing was too much trouble for them. room service and cleaning staff were also excellent they ensured i had everything i needed .

charmed stay!
large room comfortable bed lovely breakfast
i had a large corner room and it was lovely! the bed felt comfortable after a long day. i found a large bath, AMAZING!!! breakfast was also quite lovely. the whole experience was very quiet, which i appreciated a lot.
i noticed the tv wasn't the easiest to switch on.

Mixed Experience, Some Positives, but Notable Issues
thin walls poor customer service
The location proved ideal for my needs, especially considering nearby facilities.
The room I was assigned had very thin walls. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms, disturbing my sleep and focus (I was there on business). The customer service from the night staff was also poor. When I requested an item, I was told to come down and collect it myself at midnight, which I found unacceptable.
