“In my opinion, this hotel stands out as a family-friendly option in central Birmingham, combining modern comfort with a convenient location near Broad Street and the ICC. Mixed Experience, Some Positives, but Notable Issues
thin walls poor customer service
The location proved ideal for my needs, especially considering nearby facilities.
The room I was assigned had very thin walls. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms, disturbing my sleep and focus (I was there on business). The customer service from the night staff was also poor. When I requested an item, I was told to come down and collect it myself at midnight, which I found unacceptable.
