missing bathrobes stale muffins
the room was clean upon my arrival.
The promised bathrobes were missing from my room. i requested them, but they never arrived. the breakfast was equally disappointing. The muffins were stale and clearly not fresh.

the staff greeted me warmly at check-in. breakfast included a variety of cooked-to-order options, and i found the staff very helpful. the hotel's location is great (i could easily walk to local shops).
my room was located opposite the car park. the lighting was quite dim, so i needed to switch on all the lamps.

The bedroom had a comfortable size with a fabulous shower. This made the room very practical. the room provided everything i needed, and the complimentary items were appreciated. the bed was indeed very comfortable.

The service was excellent. The staff members were always available to help, either in person or by phone. every request was handled efficiently and politely (i felt genuinely welcomed). this added a personal touch to the entire stay.

this location has many shops, bars and coffee shops nearby. the hotel is situated in a pretty area, and it's easy to walk around. the surroundings are very charming.

fantastic stay!
cozy room comfortable bed
i loved the super clean and cozy room with its very comfortable bed. the staff was so friendly and breakfast was great in a lovely setting. i definitely want to return soon! the room decor was good and the bed ensured great sleep.
the room was located right next to the outside seating area. this meant i could hear people talking late into the night and it disrupted my sleep. i think a better room location would have solved this.

The staff had efficient check-in. The hotel felt historic. Heating worked good. It kept us warm.
The location seemed like I slept in a multi-story carpark. Breakfast had balsamic vinegar all over. The fire alarm rang several times early with no apology.
