the staff were very helpful, acceptable.

The suite was cold, and the air conditioning unit in the lounge, bedroom, and bathroom did not have heating, so it was freezing. the wifi was slow, and it dropped out every few minutes. It was unusable! the food in the restaurant was very average. I was really disappointed.

Check-in was slow. i was told the room would be ready in 30 minutes, but i waited over an hour. later, i found a hair in the bathroom. It was quite off-putting.

Decent visit to The Princess Royal

The staff was very friendly I stayed in the indulgence suite and it was very clean. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good night's sleep.

Rooms were not properly sound-insulated from the busy traffic on main road nearby the fire escape doors let a lot of noise through into the building. It sounded as if the road ran under the room.

The room had a safe. That was acceptable.

The air con unit stank. It smelled like a laundry and clearly needs a service. The TV was also tiny and outdated.
