the staff members were very friendly and helpful. the location was great for accessing nearby attractions. the ample on-site parking was very convenient for us (i liked this feature).
The reception door showed a little dirt. More frequent cleaning could address that minor issue.

the bed felt very soft and comfortable. i found lots of facilities close by. the staff helped me a lot with small things and i appreciate it. i had easy access and parking was plentiful there.
i found nobody at the desk when i arrived. i had to call for someone to check me in.

i noticed the restaurant is more inviting and homely now it presents a comfortable space for meals and relaxation the reception area also has a brighter spacious feel it makes a good first impression i found the staff friendly and helpful every morning i enjoyed a wide range of choices for breakfast served promptly the food seemed fresh and tasty. the room included an ironing stand with iron and a fan it was beneficial i appreciated having these amenities available in the room i booked a double room and it was very clean upon arrival.

the room looked a bit tired. the bathroom tiles in the bath tub were unclean. the sealant around the bath tub requires attention.
