Excellent Service and Clean Rooms

The staff accommodated our late arrival for the evening meal. Food was well presented and enjoyed. My son rated the lasagna very highly. Breakfast had cereals, fruit, yogurt, and a full English breakfast. Takeaway cups were available for coffee and tea, a nice touch. The hotel manager ensured everyone was happy before leaving, and this. Nothing was too much trouble and every need was considered, especially the plentiful coffee.

Zakia was a great server and very personable. The food was nice and came quickly. I slept well in the beds and that gave me decent night's rest. I appreciate convenient parking and a simple check-in process.
The room could use refurbishment. I also found only one of the three bathroom spotlights worked, so the bathroom was quite dark.

My standard queen room included comfortable beds ensuring a restful sleep and contained climate control. I was able to adjust the temperature as needed. The bathroom had several towels available. Tea and coffee making facilities were included.

The breakfasts were at convenient times. It was plentiful and of good quality with lots of choice. Gluten free bread was available. The manager and restaurant staff were polite and helpful, this i APPRECIATED.
The automatic entrance door failed to open correctly. That was slightly annoying.
