the hotel felt a bit dated. the room i had lacked proper soundproofing. i could hear noise from outside and other rooms. the breakfast was okay, but the bacon was burned. i did expect better quality for the price i paid.

the classic room felt spacious with beautiful decorations. i really loved the safe neighborhood making after-dinner strolls easy. the breakfast was amazing, too, especially the full scottish.

i found the hotel's layout somewhat confusing at first, since it connects several old townhouses. it was not the typical wide-open reception i expected.
