Comfortable and Convenient Stay
useful amenities comfortable bed kind staff
I found the in-room amenities quite useful. An iron, kettle, coffee maker, fan, and smart TV were all provided. The bed was comfortable, and I liked the blackout curtains. The staff was kind.
I noticed that the room had very few plug sockets, slightly inconvenient.

The room was clean with sufficient space to move around. The television was large, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel provided a fan, great. There were blackout curtains, too.

The location provided easy access, and getting to the central area took only a short time. Several shops and bars are close to the hotel. This made it easy to find places to shop. Public transportation also helped with this.

good stay, charmed by value
soft beds convenient parking
The room was clean and the beds were soft! the hotel is right near the railway station, i found that convenient. discounted parking was available right next door, and that helped a lot. I had no problems with my car.
I discovered there was no soap in the shower dispenser, quite inconvenient. I had to request some from reception, but they resolved it.

the twin room included fresh towels. the sheets were clean and crisp! two comfortable beds were present. a standard television with cable channels was available.

the hotel is directly outside charing x train station, so travel was simple. the m8 motorway is also a couple of minutes away. several bars and restaurants are within walking distance, a great plus

helpful staff functional coffee maker comfortable bed
the staff at reception was cute and helpful during check in. my room had a functional coffee maker complete with tea and coffee. the bed was comfortable. i slept well each night.
the windows in my room were not clean, visibility was limited. it affected the view. the windows needed cleaning.
