The location is superb. It is a couple of minutes walk to the shore. Walking to the shore of the Loch Lomond is easy. Lily enjoyed paddling there, so it is definitely dog friendly. It's a plus.

The hotel features an underpass! The underpass takes you straight to the loch, so accessing the water is convenient. I consider this feature a unique amenity. It greatly enhances the overall experience.

The room was spacious. It had a nice view of the lake. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were good, the menu was varied. I had no issues.

The TV signal was intermittent. There were times when I could not watch anything. the Wi-Fi was not reliable. I had difficulties connecting at times. It was a hassle.
