helpful staff convenient location cute touch
The staff was helpful with directions! the location was key for me. It was very close to transportation links. breakfast offered a good variety of options each morning. i liked that the room had tea and shortbreads available. It was a nice, cute touch.
i did notice some peeling wallpaper in my room.

clean room comfortable bed nice bathroom poor reception unreliable tv unattentive staff
the room was clean. i found the bed to be quite comfy with a good mattress. it was great to have a bath in the bathroom, i really appreciated it.
the tv was unreliable. this was due to poor reception from the massive aerial in the room. i found the staff didn't seem to listen when i was placing orders and had to double check, a bit frustrating. also, they didn't know what they had in stock on the evening menu.

charming place near everything!
helpful staff excellent room
The staff proved quite helpful. the disability room including bathroom was excellent. the location suited my highland adventure plans. glencoe and glenfinnan were each a quick drive away. the hotel sat just off the high street. Restaurants and shops were quite close.
