a fairly average stay
impersonal breakfast dirty cleaning cloths
the breakfast setup felt a little impersonal. i also thought the coffee from the machine was not the best it could be. the room looked clean at first, then i found quite a few hairs in the bed. i came back the next day to discover cleaning cloths left in my room. tea was not replenished too i suppose.

wasteful remote understaffed area
The tv remote was a hassle. Each day, i received a new one. it felt wasteful. also, the breakfast area seemed understaffed, though i was able to get some food. there weren't enough staff and the food felt very basic.

bed hairs uncomfortable communal area
the breakfast was pretty good considering the circumstances. i suppose that's something.
Honestly, the 'pristine' rooms were anything but. i found hairs in the bed, made me question their cleaning standards. plus, the lack of sofas in the communal area meant i had to stay cooped up in my room all day.

the room was very clean and in a lovely condition. the bathroom was modern. breakfast was delicious. i would book again!
