the staff proved helpful with directions. the location is convenient for exploring the island by car.

the advertised spa was separate from the hotel and accessible to the public. this diminished the sense of exclusivity i anticipated. the presence of many dogs in the common areas detracted from the atmosphere. i overheard barking at various times.

underwhelming stay at a pricey place

noisy roombathroom hairs

the hotel felt a bit off for the money i paid. staff seemed distracted, it made it hard to get simple requests sorted. my room was located near the stairs, so it was pretty noisy early mornings. the noise really bothered me. i found some hairs in the bathroom when i arrived, it indicated cleaning wasnt at the best quality.
