broken shower doorpoorly fitting curtain
the shower door had been broken. the hotel had hung a poorly fitting curtain to fill the gap. management needs to give housekeeping a hoover that works so they can clean the bits off the hall. it does not create a positive first impression.

Surprising Gem Near the Loch

The room included new, soft towels and fresh toiletries every day. I found the bar area very cute with a broad selection of drinks available. Breakfast service was efficient and I appreciated the cooked options. They were promptly served.

the view from my room was indeed amazing i found clean towels on each bed. tea and coffee facilities along with biscuits were provided in my room i found this thoughtful.
there were few parking spaces available i noticed a large portion was reserved for a coach. i found mould especially on the curtains of the room i stayed in it was disappointing to see this.

i found the location great. the view was amazing from my room i really liked it. the food was delicious i enjoyed it all thoroughly.
the curtains didn't fit very well so there was some light at night.

I found the staff VERY helpful and friendly. The evening meal, a curry, was delicious, and the breakfast was also really nice. The room was very comfy and tidy. Made it easy to relax. The communal areas felt spacious and offered lovely views. What a treat!

Uneven stay, some issues noticed

lovely staffold carpet
the staff was lovely, which i appreciated.
my room smelled musty, i noted narrow corridors had old, soiled carpets. there was noise late at night, around 1:00 a.m. a tile in the bathroom was loose.
