The room felt smaller than I expected, maybe it was designed for one person instead of two. Hanging our towels proved difficult. There was limited space for both of us. I noticed the staff at reception weren't very cute, and that's a shame. I expected better service for a four-star hotel.

I found the corridor carpets looked quite soiled and dirty. This impacted the overall impression. It often stopped short of the floor level.

the bar was a bit quiet, but it did not drastically affect my stay.
