the staff was very friendly and helpful DURING my stay. i also liked that the room was spacious and clean. the hotel's location was great , being close to many shops and restaurants.

the wifi was not great , it was a bit slow. also , i found that the soundproofing could be better. i could hear noise from the street below and the air conditioning system was loud.

The room looked exactly like the pictures online. everything in the room worked as it should. i especially liked that they included hot chocolate with the tea and coffee. That was a nice touch. i stayed for five nights and found it generally pleasant.

The walls needed some attention. They had marks that stood out. also, the chair in the room was a little worn. The fabric was ripped in a noticeable place. these small details affected the overall impression of value for money. the worn chair affected me!

The staff was helpful and accommodating regarding our early arrival. Sunny gave me a very warm welcome. I even got to check in early and was informed the mini bar beer was free. The duplex suite had a comfy bed and a powerful shower in the bathroom (much appreciated after a long day). Checkout was quick.

The toilet seat didn't fit properly. It kept moving whenever i sat down.

The hotel features complimentary teas and coffees in the dining area all day. The common area downstairs had comfortable seating, offering a nice spot to sit and relax or play cards. The hotel also provides whatsapp for service requests.

The location is excellent, right in the middle of the city centre. The hotel is within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Everything needed was within a five to ten minute walk from the hotel.

The location worked out great, especially with the discounted parking option. Such a plus! the staff was genuinely friendly and accommodating to every request. i liked how clean and well-furnished my room was. It.

I noticed the absence of a towel rail in the bathroom. It was a small detail. but its addition would improve the bathroom's functionality.
