small room lack of furniture

The location was close to amenities I found that acceptable.

I had issues with the room as it was too small I barely managed to walk around the bed there was no furniture either not even a chair.

convenient location helpful staff included breakfast damp room musty smell malfunctioning keycard

the location is convenient. it's an easy walk to many places. the staff were helpful and kind. the rooms were clean and breakfast was included.

the room i stayed in was damp. it had a musty smell i did not like. my keycard also stopped working at one point. there was only one toilet and shower for six people so there were often lines.

great location friendly staff stained sheets bad washroom

the location was great. it was walking distance to many shops. the staff were lovely. they were very cute.

the sheets had stains. the facilities were not so good. things were easily broken. the washroom condition was very bad! there were no wipers.

The location was quite convenient for moving around. staff members were generally responsive and helpful when needed. the room was clean and had basic amenities. It suited my needs well. i also appreciated the availability of lockers for securing my belongings.

the pillow was too thin, resulting in some neck discomfort upon waking.

Excellent Stay, Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient!

bright room bed curtain reliable wifi

I experienced a location that's unbeatable. The rooms were spacious and naturally bright. I especially loved the curtains on every bed. Lockers, a beautiful ensuite with a big shower and shelving. a lamp and power outlets for each bed. The clean common room, reliable WiFi, and coffee dispenser downstairs were very welcome.

The room key was temperamental. It sometimes took a few tries to open the door. There was no handwash available in the bathroom.

The hotel facilities include a common room that is kept clean, I saw a coffee dispenser that is available to use downstairs. lockers are accessible for securing belongings, I consider it to be very useful.
