the staff was friendly and sang happy birthday to my son i also enjoyed using the pool facilities the hotel provided tea and coffee in the room there were plenty of car parking spaces available which was very convenient .
the conservatory bar was cold and had no atmosphere to it

staff was very friendly and helpful . nothing was to much trouble for them, and i felt so cared for. dinner was delicious, it seemed like the most perfect thing i ever taste, and service was great.
the carpets in the bedroom did have stains, like old memories. it did make me a little sad. i also noticed my wine glass had sauce stains. cutlery also was a little minging.
