Amazing Stay!

The staff downstairs were very friendly and super helpful. They gave us advice on places to visit and eat nearby. They also looked after our bag after checkout until we picked it up. The location was walkable from the bus and train stations, restaurants, and shops!

I did not sleep well because our room had an outside spotlight shining directly into it. There was also a lot of noise from an extraction fan that wouldn't turn off. High road noise was present due to the main road outside the window, which seemed like standard windows, not triple-paned.

I was very disappointed with the room service. I ordered a late-night snack and it arrived cold. The presentation lacked any attention to detail and the server seemed disinterested in my feedback, so I didn't feel well treated.
