Dining: Fresh Scottish Cuisine
The 1887 showcases British cuisine using produce from The Torridon Farm, Kitchen Garden, land, and lochs. Guests can eat at the Torridon Hotel restaurant or at Bo & Muc. Bo & Muc offers Isle of Harris smoked salmon, Highland coo burgers, and Tunnock's ice cream sundaes. The Beinn Bar uses seasonal and local produce, including pork and Highland beef from the Torridon Farm, and vegetables, salads, fruits, and herbs from the two-acre Victorian Kitchen garden. Breakfast includes a cold buffet, freshly squeezed apple and orange juice, and cooked options like scrambled eggs with Scottish smoked salmon and a full Scottish breakfast.
Leisure: Outdoor Scottish Highlands
Guests can visit the Whisky Bar, stocked with 365 malts and 120 gins, including own Arcturus gin. The Beinn Bar welcomes those touring the area or those back from the Torridon hills or the Loch. Walking routes and hills are accessible for dogs. The Torridon offers a spot to experience the night sky. Other features include the Wester Ross botanicals, Scots Lovage, and Arcturus gin. Activities such as mountain guiding, sea kayaking, archery, and gorge scrambling are available.
