I was disappointed by the condition of the room. the carpet had some old stains and the skirting boards were scuffed, i noticed a faint smell i thought might be from a dog. cleanliness felt below what i expected. Things just weren't quite fresh. breakfast wasn't great either.

value for money was good. the room was clean and spacious. the staff are very friendly. i found breakfast freshly cooked. there also loads parking at the hotel.
noise from the bar area was loud. at 3am i called the hotel to ask if they could calm the noise. this should been managed better.
