The hotel has a convenient bus stop just outside with frequent service. I ordered room service one night and it came quickly. The breakfast selection had a good variety. The gym had modern equipment.

The room was somewhat cold and required use of the extra radiator.

The staff was indeed obliging. Breakfast included great options and the team was attentive. Complimentary drinking water was accessible, both sparkling and still at all times. Free parking was very useful, contributing to a convenient experience.

The gym equipment seemed worn. The three treadmills were all defect.

The breakfast had ample choice, that was decent. The gym was air-conditioned, a great feature. I found an ATM and water fonts provided, this made things easy. The location provided easy access to the airport. It also allowed a short taxi ride to the zoo and the city centre.

The hotel is generally dated. The room was reasonable, but the bathroom was old. The shower did not have great temperature and no power. I asked reception what they could improve before checkout.
