royal terrace treat
superb locationgarden terracethoughtful touchclean bathroom
i found the hotel to have a superb location, close to the tram for easy airport access. the room was gorgeous with a view of the garden terrace on the third floor. tea, coffee, biscuits, and milk were provided, a thoughtful touch i did appreciated. the bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, so i didn't need to unpack mine.
the walls were covered in marks and filthy handprints. the bedroom window was filthy and very old. the black lamp in the room was badly scratched.

my room was spacious, even though it was below pavement level. the bed was very comfortable, though a bit small. i enjoyed having an expresso machine and bathrobes in the room.

breakfast offered a wide selection. i filled up on good options and took muffins for later. i found the experience very convenient and tasty. the breakfast was spot-on too.

the staff were always friendly. reception staff were helpful, including molly and giselle. nasib and the other staff members delivered great services. i found everyone helpful here.
