I appreciated the friendly staff and efficient service. the location is superb, situated right on st andrew's square. It's a short walk from waverley railway station. our club double room had a safe and a fridge, i was really charmed. the bathroom was super clean and quite comfy too.

Breakfast was plentiful and brought directly to your table. There were plenty of other buffet options also. freshly squeezed juice was available, along with croissants and various tea selections. the coffee machine provided numerous choices.

the hotel is centrally located near the railway and bus station which is a huge bonus. it is only a few minutes walk to princess street and george street. a shopping center is very close to the hotel.

I found the staff super friendly and helpful. They made check-in easy! my club double room felt very luxurious with plenty of space, and the bed was so comfortable, i slept like a baby. i especially loved the location. It was perfect for seeing everything i wanted to see, and i walked everywhere.
Unfortunately, there was some noise from the bar. A party kept me awake. i wish the hotel had better soundproofing to avoid such disturbances in the future.
