friendly staff relaxing atmosphere

the staff was friendly (always smiling!). the cocktail bar provided a really nice place to unwind. i found the atmosphere relaxing.

The air conditioning seemed a bit off. I set it to 16 but the room remained quite stuffy.

poor ventilation thin walls

The room was small. I struggled to find space for my luggage. The ventilation was poor, and the room felt stuffy. I discovered the minibar was not properly stocked. It lacked several items listed on the menu. Also the walls were so thin, I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms. I consider this unacceptable for a hotel charging these prices.

friendly staff breakfast hampers small room storage space

The staff were friendly. i appreciated the milk and cookies. It was a good touch. the breakfast hampers were also a nice way to start the day. the espresso martinis tasted amazing!!!

the classic room felt too small. there was not enough space on one side of the bed and no storage. i could not hang anything up and had to climb over my case.
