lovely city stay
tea bags scottish soaps helpful bonus
I found brodie's tea bags provided a lovely touch. scottish soaps were also included. leaving bags for a couple of hours after checkout was a helpful bonus i used. the continental breakfast was great. I really appreciated it.
i noticed there was no lounge area or bar available. it would be great to have an area to unwind in the evening.

the room was clean and quiet. the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. a tv and kettle were available in the room too.

the location near the train station was helpful. there were many restaurants nearby, i loved that. the hotel is on a quiet road just off the main street.

staff were friendly and polite at check in, i am grateful. a staff member was very nice at breakfast too. the lady on reception wished us well as we left.

The staff allowed early check-in. My room was available and ready. i found the wifi strong and reliable. the restaurant recommendation i received was excellent. breakfast included freshly cooked options that i thoroughly enjoyed.
the elevator was out of service, so i needed to climb stairs.

modern bathroom good location cozy lobby
The room was spacious! the bathroom was modern. The water pressure was good. The location allows walking to nearly everything. The cozy lobby area was perfect for warming up after a day outside.
The shower curtain was missing hooks so it hung into the bathtub.
