friendly staffpeeling wallpapermissing back
the staff were friendly and helpful enough (i guess that's the minimum).
the room i got was a bit of a letdown. wallpaper was peeling, and there were suspicious stains on the headboard. also, the tv remote was missing its back, so the batteries kept falling out. it reminded me of i was staying in a museum exhibit that hadn't been updated since the '80s.

friendly staffconvenient busfood quality
I found the staff very friendly. I appreciated Izzy's help at reception. The location suited my travel needs and there were convenient bus stops nearby. Food quality was Great, AND i would consider visiting AGAIN.
The wardrobe door WAS a little broken. Otherwise, everything was great.

The staff was efficient, and they were friendly to guests. They accommodated requests, and they provided assistance with directions. I SAW quick responses to questions and attentive support .

The staff kindly arranged a taxi for me. My room had two floors with a private patio, I was happy with it. The breakfast buffet included a good amount of choice, I did not expect this.
