quiet roomperfect ac
I appreciated the room's quietness. The back out blinds helped a lot. The AC worked perfectly. The hotel is a short walk to the Royal Mile. It made exploring simple.
I noticed a very slight delay when asking for coffee during the breakfast buffet one morning.

The reception staff were cute and very helpful! My room was spacious and clean. It had both air conditioning and windows that opened easily.
I had greater expectations given the cost of staying here two nights! The bed was really hard. This is a dealbreaker for me when staying in a hotel! The sink in the bathroom sat quite high.

The location was very convenient for accessing major attractions. It was close to the main attractions. The room was very clean. I also found the staff super attentive.
The pillows were uncomfortable, like rocks. I barely slept because of them. I asked for new pillows, but they were the same. The receptionist was dismissive about it.
