the room seemed rather old and outdated (seemed like stepping back in time). the lights took ages to get bright. the view wasn't great either as it overlooked a grassy slope and a footpath, so there was no privacy at all.

i particularly enjoyed the evening meal. the staff quickly accommodated my request for a dairy-free alternative. the spa treatments were really good, i felt relaxed. the pool area offered ample space for swimming and relaxation. the steam room was also clean and well kept.
the lift was not working. this caused inconvenience, especially when moving luggage to upper floors. the stairs became quite a climb.
