the staff displayed real kindness i felt a genuine welcome upon arrival the breakfast service offered a variety of fresh options and attentive staff made the experience even better
the tram station was conveniently located next to the hotel making transportation easy. i found the staff attentive and efficient. breakfast offered a wide variety of options including a delicious haggis.
the room lacked proper sound isolation due to a glass separation for the bathroom offering limited privacy.
