The tv in my room didn't work. I told staff, I was told, 'You don't come to this place to watch telly'. I ordered a bottle of wine from room service and it was forgotten. (How annoying!) It's a shame because the hotel isn't cheap.

The bed was very comfortable. Staff members were helpful. The spa was relaxing. I enjoyed the pool, sauna, and steam bath. These facilities were well maintained. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area.
I found some cobwebs in the room. The room was generally clean, but attention to this detail would improve the stay.

a few minor issues

heated poolheatedjacuzzibreakfastdining roomunmade surfaceback of hotelwi-fi reception
The heated pool and jacuzzi were great to have. The dining room overlooks the loch. I liked the breakfast each morning. The staff worked as a team.
I noticed the parking IS a little difficult. I had TO park at the back of the hotel on an unmade surface. This was particularly difficult when raining. The wi-fi reception was sometimes hit and miss.
