The location proved perfect as it was very close to the Hydro venue. I didn't need a taxi after the concert. The staff consistently provided support, and I felt grateful for their guidance. Free parking was a bonus and provided extra convenience.

I found only one plug socket in the room. This was a minor inconvenience, but one I managed to overcome.

The location was good and parking was VERY useful!

The room wasn't ready when I arrived at 5pm, though check-in is at 3 pm. I waited over an hour with other guests facing the SAME problem. A receptionist was running everything alone and was VERY stressed.

The location was acceptable. It was convenient for getting to nearby attractions.

I found the cleanliness lacking upon arrival. There were visible stains on the carpet and the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned. The room had a musty smell. It was quite disappointing.
