i found only two tea bags upon arrival, a minor inconvenience.

the location was superb! the kitchenette in my room included everything i needed for cooking, like a mini-oven. laundry facilities were available and really helped me refresh my wardrobe for the rest of my travels. i used the luggage storage and it was very convenient.

The location is superb, right next to the shopping area. I appreciated the easy access to various shops and dining options. The self-service laundromat was a real advantage, especially since I was on a long journey. The staff were always helpful and cheerful.

The studio apartment had equipment for preparing meals including a large fridge freezer. There was a toaster, microwave, hob and coffee machine. The shower room was a great size. Lots of storage was available for clothes and cases.
The receptionist did not seem very pleasant during check in. They seemed irritated and not hospitable. I would have liked more than one free towel per person for a longer stay.

the location was acceptable.
I was not pleased with the room's temperature control. the staff did not permit me to adjust the temperature in my room. i found this frustrating as i prefer a specific climate, and it was not respected. furthermore, the phone in my room was broken. I had to visit the lobby in the early hours to request temperature adjustments.
