the room was spacious and well-appointed the housekeeping service included a thoughtful turn-down with chocolate i appreciated the friendly greetings at the front door the staff displayed attentive behavior throughout the hotel .
the water pressure was very low

polite staff cosy decor sufficient refreshments
The staff were very friendly and polite during the entire stay. They brought my bags up to the room. The room decor was VERY cosy. I found the television services good and the room refreshments quite sufficient.
I experienced a slight delay in adjusting my key card for stair access.

great location easy sleeping added peace
The location worked great for me. it was ideal not to be in the center. It suited me well. the room became very dark! this made sleeping easy. the peace added to the experience.
i have to say that i found no major issues , but if i really have to find a single negative aspect it would be the hotel's car park being a 5 minute walk.

stylish hotel helpful staff
The stylish hotel was very clean. I found the location convenient for accessing the train and exploring sights. The staff were friendly and helpful (i appreciate that!). The bar was wonderful.
Adjusting the key card to use the stairs was necessary. A deposit was taken without clear explanation. The lack of a minibar also.

aggressive response no follow up
The bar manager called my room late at night. He demanded i come down to settle a bill i had already signed for. i refused, and he became aggressive. i mentioned this at checkout, but there was no follow-up. i probably won't go back because of this strange experience.

helpful staff late check out key card unexplained deposit
the staff helped plan my boyfriend's birthday. they organised balloons and pictures before we arrived, so it was a surprise. i also got a complimentary late check out.
i found adjusting my key card necessary for stair use. also, they took a £50 deposit without explaining it. this.
