i found a beautiful pool and sauna area. the rooms were clean and nice. room service was available, which i used for a late-night snack. all of this was perfect after a long day of sightseeing!!!
during my visit, i noticed that the vegan options were quite limited. on several occasions, i had to ask again for items i ordered. it seemed like there was some cost-cutting happening in the kitchen.

The room was spacious, a great size for a relaxing stay. the hotel offered both still and sparkling water on each floor. I appreciated this thoughtful touch. the view overlooking the tennis courts was peaceful! the hotel also has a well-equipped spa with very attentive staff.
i found that my room had an interconnecting door, and i noticed there was reduced sound privacy from noise in the next room.

The reception staff provided excellent service, particularly when i made some unusual requests. They were very helpful and accommodating. the staff were very great, always asking if they could assist with anything else.

The food was delicious, and the restaurant had a relaxing atmosphere. It was nicely decorated. i had an exquisite evening meal and breakfast. The staff were attentive and well presented. there was a good variety to choose from.

The hotel provided a very comfy and tidy room. The beautiful king room was well maintained. i used the on-site water machine to fill my water jug, a nice touch. the tennis courts looked inviting from my window, though i didn't get a chance to play, and the spa offered excellent treatments. I enjoyed the sauna and pool facilities. the hotel ensured a relaxing environment throughout my short break.
the breakfast buffet, although plentiful, felt slightly repetitive after a couple of days! though the cooked options were consistently good.

The pool area was a definite highlight. I swam there daily. The gym had updated equipment, including several treadmills and stationary bikes. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable ensuring restful sleep.
I found the restaurant service to be a bit slow during peak hours. It sometimes took a while to get the server's attention. Ordering drinks also took longer than I would have liked.
