The staff welcomed me warmly. The room was great with its spacious layout. The bed offered really good comfort, which ensured restful sleep. Breakfast included many options, from cooked dishes to pastries.
I noticed some marks on the furniture, which could use some attention.

The hotel benefits from a very convenient location. It provides easy access to the city centre and Queen Street train station is nearby. The staff was helpful. The breakfast offered good value for money.
My room was small. The noise from the street was quite loud, I did not get much rest as a result. The receptionist was not helpful when I inquired about the noise.

unclean room
the room was unclean and frankly pretty smelly like previous guests partied hard i told the staff but they looked clueless they did not know what to do about it and i ended up having two sleepless nights because of the noise outside
