The staff was very helpful and attentive. The hotel location is near the beach.
The room lacked a mini fridge. I also noticed the absence of a coffee machine in the room.

The hotel offered a continental buffet breakfast with many choices. I could also order a hot breakfast from a menu. It also presented a great variety. The open seafood lasagne was delicious.

The receptionist provided great service. The bar staff was also efficient! The serving staff were attentive and friendly. The maintenance man offered assistance with my bag. His kindness was appreciated.

The location has a great view of the sea. The Gaiety Theatre is only a short walk away. It took approximately 10 minutes. The spot is excellent for a short walk into town!

The location is GREAT. It is close to the seafront and the town is walkable!!! The breakfast was VERY tasty. The food menu was also excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner there.
The leisure facilities were dilapidated and badly NEEDING upgrading. The room was old fashioned with furniture about to fall over and the Chester drawers had unstable legs. The bed was very low to the floor and the room was not clean. It smelled funny.

The staff are both friendly and helpful. The food is good and the location is first class. I loved that car parking was easy. The accommodation met my needs and I slept soundly.
My room lacked a mini fridge. This amenity would greatly improve the experience, especially during warmer weather. I hope the management considers adding this to future room upgrades.
