the breakfast was really disappointing, the quality just wasn't there, and i feel it could be much better with just a little more effort. i had expected more considering the price. the coffee also tasted burnt.

The staff provided excellent service, they helped me with my wheelchair. Nothing was too much, i found them kind and friendly. the breakfast was fantastic, so nicely cooked and presented. i loved the comfortable bed and the quiet room. All staff were polite.
the bathroom lacked some products i needed, but it wasn't a big deal.

The hotel provides convenient access to local restaurants. This made dining out very easy. its location is also great for visiting southampton and portsmouth, allowing easy trips to the isle of wight.

The hotel offered parking, this made arrival and departure smooth. a fan was available in the bedroom, along with wide-opening windows. This, and we loved the garden. but the terrace was amazing!

The breakfast was excellent and very well cooked. it was also presented nicely. the staff were cute and helpful. They always seemed ready to assist.
My room was on the ground floor and it was in need of refurbishment. It looked dated. there were damp stains in the bathroom and bedroom. i could hear everything from the hallways. Sound insulation is poor.
