water viewhelpful staffroom balcony
The location is close to southampton water. I enjoyed seeing ships and boats! our room featured a balcony facing the water so i could sit and look outside. morning staff were polite and helpful. i didn't have much interaction with evening staff.
the public areas like corridors need some attention, they looked a bit shabby.
