The room was a good size. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was good (especially the coffee). The bar offered pints for a reasonable price.

I arrived and the check-in was delayed. The car park is not obvious. I found hair on the bed. stains on the sheet.

missing soap inoperable keys

the hotel stay started promising. location seemed quite convenient. my room however was quite disappointing. i found no soap in the bathroom upon arrival. the keys i received then did not work one evening. i had trouble getting back into the building, a real concern when traveling alone.

The location was great. It was near the sea. The staff seemed friendly. The bar offered pints for a reasonable price.

The bathroom light did not work. It didn't get fixed. I used the light over the mirror instead. The manager ignored me when I waited for my taxi. That was rude. My sink and toilet were not checked at all .

car parking absence no staff

I did arrive at hotel and discovered car parking space absence. There was a truck obstructed access. Staff did not greet me upon arrival. This made it difficult to find assistance with parking and check-in procedures. I did not appreciate this initial experience.
