slow service cold breakfast
The location was pretty GOOD. The beach was easy to get to. The lift access made it quite convenient.
The dining room felt chaotic. The service was SO slow. It seemed understaffed. There was a LOT of waiting for basic things like cutlery and drinks. Breakfast was COLD.

Wonderful stay with lovely views
convenient access pleasant patio easy beach simplified travel
My ground floor room offered convenient access and a pleasant outdoor area. A patio and a garden provided a quiet retreat. The nearby lift to the esplanade allowed easy beach access. Staff assistance with ferry tickets simplified travel arrangements a lot.
The corridor lighting on the first floor was inadequate. Motion sensors resulted in dark areas.

The location is very convenient. The hotel offered easy access to nearby attractions. The Shanklin lift provides efficient access to the esplanade. It simplifies trips to the beach and the town center.

The indoor heated swimming pool offered exclusive usage at times. I found it relaxing. The pool area was clean and well kept. This enhanced the overall experience for me.

Breakfast included a selection of freshly cooked items. I found them to be of very good quality. The restaurant staff was attentive, though it was that staff members are sometimes overburdened!
