Forrester's Hall is a luxury suite on Yarmouth High Street with a private entrance hall, wet room, open plan living space, breakfast bar (equipped with fridge, sink, microwave, and tea/coffee station), mezzanine floor containing the master bedroom and ensuite bathroom; it also features two sets of large bunk beds for four additional people. Rates for Forrester's Hall from April 1st to September 30th are 495 GBP per night with a two-night minimum stay. All rooms feature en-suite bathrooms, flat screen TVs, hairdryer, and tea and coffee making facilities.
Dining Experiences
The main restaurant seats up to 70 guests for a 3-course meal and offers views. The Conservatory is a family-friendly brasserie. The menu celebrates local produce, including dishes from the land, farm, and sea. Crowd-pleasers such as fish pie and ribeye steak are available alongside dishes, such as rose harissa lobster thermidor or courgette risotto with a courgette flower tempura. The à la carte menu includes pancakes, waffles, and a fine vegetarian breakfast with halloumi, avocado, potato rosti, and field mushrooms. The beach bar serves drinks with views; pizzas are served from 3 PM to 6 PM. Breakfast includes a buffet with fresh juice and smoothies including a healthy green juice, homemade granola and berry compote, home-baked breads and a selection of cheese and ham. Breakfast is available for non-guests for 25 GBP per person.
Leisure and Activities
The George Hotel has a shingle beach. Freshwater House, a 7-bedroom house, is available for rent and includes a drawing room with a bar, gas fireplace, and French doors opening to a sun deck. Other features of the Freshwater House are a dining room that seats 14, a snug with a 74' TV, and a fully-equipped kitchen with Gaggenau appliances. Clay shooting can be arranged in Hulverstone, a 15-minute drive away. G-Dogg, a 32-foot motorboat accommodating up to 8 passengers, is available for charters, with a skipper and fuel included. Dogs are welcome onboard. Private VIP dock located in Yarmouth Harbour.

Located on the water's edge in Yarmouth on the Isle of Wight, The George Hotel is near Yarmouth Castle (0.3 km) and Fort Victoria Marine Aquarium (1 km). Southerly is near Freshwater Bay, Stag and Mermaid Rocks, and Tennyson Down monument. Colwell Bay (3 km), ideal for swimming and water sports. The hotel is accessible via train from Clapham Junction, Waterloo, or Woking to Brockenhurst (1hr 26 min), then a 10-minute train to Lymington Pier. A 35-minute ferry crossing from Lymington. A helicopter landing site can be arranged one mile from the hotel.
